Delivery Operations Specialist

CyberArk is seeking a detail-oriented Delivery Operations Specialist to join a growing Quote-to-Cash department. This is a hybrid role focused on delivering product licenses and software, while ensuring optimal efficiency, revenue, and margin performance post-sales. Job functions:Manage delivery of customer software – license generation, asset creation while working with multiple departments across the business while managing customer data.Improve efficiency within CyberArk global delivery operations by implementing and maintaining consistent and scalable processes and building and maintaining customer products data base.Support internal teams with operations-related questions and inquiries.Process documentation and maintain knowledge base of operations processes.Manage high volume peak periods (end of quarter and fiscal year).Work closely with multiple departments across the business to ensure quality processes.#LI-CT1
