Adult Clinician - Telehealth Independent Licensure Required: LMHC or LICSW internal candidates only Riverside is seeking a passionate Adult Clinician - Telehealth to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team in Norwood! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals! In this vital role, the Adult Clinician - Telehealth will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for consumers of the program through virtual means. Facilitates an integrated team approach in the consumer’s care plan with inclusion of CBHC services provided by Peer Specialist, Care Coordinator, nursing, and psychiatry. In collaboration with the consumer, will develop individual treatment plan for psychotherapy needs as well as a service plan which coordinates and integrates all the components of the CBHC team members. Other responsibilities include:

Provide direct therapeutic intervention to consumers inclusive of evidence-based practices. Development of treatment plan and creation of goals in collaboration with the consumer.

Collaborate with intake clinician upon assignment of case and conduct diagnostic evaluations when needed.

Collaborate with the consumer, CBHC team members, and external providers to establish an integrated service plan.

Maintain regular communication with the CBHC team members and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This includes attending both regularly scheduled CBHC team meetings and individualized treatment planning or case management meetings regarding consumers.

Support coordination of care with both Riverside and community providers external to the CBHC Outpatient Center such as DMH, ACCS, Connect 2 Recovery, Crossroads and Clubhouse.

Payrate: Depending on Productivity

Independent Licensure - $72,141.20 - $77,445.70/salaried

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours - telehealth

Required Skills

Will demonstrate competencies in all required evidenced based practices as determined by CBHC

Required Experience

Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling required ; PH.D.; Ed.D. or PsyD preferred.

Independent Licensure of LMHC or LICSW required in home state and Massachusetts

Three years of experience specific to the clinician’s training and expertise required.

Must meet all requirements to maintain an active professional license in the individual’s professional discipline, including, but not limited to, continuing education, ethical requirements, etc.
