OverviewPAY : Your hourly rate is based on experience and location.AVERAGE HOURS PER WEEK : This is a part-time role working 8 hours per week; however, weekly hours may fluctuate based on product needs.SHIFT : This shift is for early Sunday mornings and may offer some flexibility from your manager.The Retail Service Merchandiser / Stocker – DSD plays a key role in our project team by representing some of the biggest brands in bread including Dave’s Killer Bread, Nature’s Own, Wonder, Home Pride, and Canyon Bakehouse. In this role, you will take pride in product presentation and positioning and in updating merchandise stock totals to ensure the shelves are ready for shoppers!ResponsibilitiesAbout You :You are an independent, self-starter who doesn’t need much direction to get the work done. You enjoy working in a self-directed environment, executing the tasks assigned to you. You are thorough in your work ensuring plans are followed to a tee. You pride yourself on maintaining a positive attitude and not stopping until a job is done right. You’ve ideally had experience in grocery, stocking, inventory, merchandising, etc.QualificationsYou have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
You feel comfortable performing multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
You can carry 20 pounds and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
You have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable access to transportation. Acosta does provide mileage reimbursement!
