Position Purpose: Manages a territory of existing base and target accounts by developing sales strategies to meet retention and growth goals.Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Manages a portfolio of base and target accounts within an assigned territory to meet retention and growth goals. Develops an understanding of a client's business to present a range of services.Creates presentations and quotations for existing and prospective customers; requires support for complex opportunities.Develops account plans and participates in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top tier clients.Manages low complexity client projects and requests; requires significant support and direction for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Manages low complexity client projects and requests; requires significant support and direction for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Works with support staff on routine accounts. Communicates client goals and objectives to promote sales opportunities. Engages with KAM team where appropriate.Uses systems for basic client data retrieval.
