Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.The System Engineering Directorate is the central focus for Mission Systems Integration activities within Raytheon, responsible for defining customer needs, functional and product architecture, requirements definition and decomposition, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system performance, and System Security Engineering (SSE).As a Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) Administrator, you will manage the IBM Rational DOORS requirements database for family of GhostEye radar programs. The position applies knowledge of standard system engineering processes as they relate to requirements management. The role requires regular computer use to include IBM Rational DOORS, IBM Rational Publishing Engine, Microsoft Office products, Risk Register, Peer Review tool, Rational Team Concert, Gears, Rhapsody, MagicDraw and Cameo.We value diverse skills and experience, so don’t hold back. Maintains and updates DOORS database for GhostEye program and variants
Prepares DOORS database to generate CDRLs using IBM Rational Publishing Engine
Create user accounts and manage access
Troubleshoot and resolve DOORS errors from both users and automated scripting
Engage with DT for support for installation and configuration of DOORS server and client instances.
Develop and run scripts using DXL (similar to C language) to automate DOORS tasks such as linking, post-processing, archiving and error checking
Performs file transfer activities as Data Transfer Agent
Lab custodian responsibilities including maintaining applicable documentation regarding the Closed Area Access List and training authorized individuals to open/close the area
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience with requirements management in DOORS or similar
Active and transferrable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Value:

Familiarity with JIRA for problem tracking and customizations
Familiarity with Gears for Product Line implementation including integration with DOORS and SE Tools

Experience working with program managers, integrated product team leaders, suppliers, and customers to identify and resolve problems

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
