The Director, Care Management Product will own the roadmap, development & commercialization of a portfolio of CKD & ESRD clinical products. Working alongside the direction of Kidney Care’s Chief Medical Officer, the Director will lead a team of product managers responsible for designing products around an innovative care model that addresses gaps in care and member experience, including designing product features and interventions that address health equity. The Director Care Management Product will set priorities for a team of product managers and lead high profile work streams with a sense of urgency. Key responsibilities include:- Set & oversee the roadmap & development of care management products in partnership with clinical guidance- Lead CVS Kidney Care digital/analytics and CVS cross-functional enterprise teams on user story requirements and product build/implementation- Lead user research and launch mini tests to inform product direction - Oversee rollout to payors & patients, test their performance, and iterate quickly.- Provide ongoing development and performance updates to Kidney Care and CVS Health leadershipRequired Qualifications8+ years of Experience working in care management and/or clinical product development.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 30 days of your employment.
