- High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 – 2 years’ related experience.
- Telecommunications certificate preferred.
- Working knowledge of Avaya PBX/Key systems required.
- Personnel management/development courses or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong PC skills, experience in Microsoft office.
- 6 month contract with potential to extend based on performance. Looking for 1-4 years helpdesk experience,
- Avaya support experience is key. Helping end users diagnose problems over the phone, talking to business partners and clinics troubleshoot issues.
- Common issues, phone lines are out or just one line is out. Quality of call- static on the line, determine if the issue is with telephone wiring or the service provider.
- This project is around efforts in corporate telecom issues inside clinics. Anything that impacts phone systems and circuits that provide service to those phone systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication – solving problems – service oriented
- A lot of different phone systems, but the Avaya IP Office is standard. Avaya, Toshiba, etc. PBX type of experience will help.
- Anyone that has worked with telecommunication tickets will help – any cable provider experience will help
