Part-time Gardener/Farm Assistant needed in Worthington. Must be hard working, self-motivated and physically capable of strenuous outdoor work. Experience is required. This position is seasonal, from April through November, weather permitting. Hours are Tuesday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: rototilling new and existing fields, transplanting trees, shrubs and plants using organic methods, composting, digging, moving stones, maintaining herb growing beds, pruning fruit trees and rose bushes, weed control throughout the season, harvesting & processing herbs, maintain clear & accurate records, some light carpentry, etc.
