Neighbor to Neighbor, a neighborhood marketing program that has been welcoming people to their new homes for over 40 years, is looking for someone who has experience in sales.
We mail out welcome packets to all the people who buy a home in the Western MA and CT areas. The packets contain information about the town as well as coupons from local businesses. We are looking for people to talk to local businesses, tell them about our program, and see if they would like to include their material in our packets.
We have a proven program that works for your local businesses and professionals to help them develop new customers and patients. We have some sponsors who have been with our program for over 30 years.
Position offers flexibility for a self-motivated individual. Work from home. You must be able to develop your own leads (either using the internet or looking at other advertising).
It is a commission based job. There is a generous initial commission (over $100 a sale) with ongoing monthly overrides for previous sales as long as you continue making sales.
In addition to our in home welcoming service, we also are offering an opportunity for restaurant placemat advertising. This is a very popular means of advertising sales.
