We are seeking a Housing Case Manager to provide re-housing to homeless in an Emergency Assistance shelter. Responsibilities include assessment, triage, housing search financial education, case management and making referrals such as workforce development
Strong candidates will have related experience with homeless families and housing programs; excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, and computer skills; knowledge of local community and service provider network; and a reliable vehicle. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree (4 years of college) in relevant subject matter such as social services or public administration or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years' experience in housing or social services case management.
