J&J Granite Inc, a countertop company based in Springfield, Massachusetts, is currently looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Representative to help grow our business.
We specialize in quartz and granite countertops for contractors, home improvement companies, flippers, and residential clients.
This position is focused on:
Speaking with potential clients
Following up with leads
Reaching out to contractors and flippers
Scheduling estimates and site visits
Helping bring new projects into the company
This is an opportunity to grow with a small but established company that is expanding and looking to build long-term relationships.

POSITION TYPE:
Part-time to start
Flexible schedule
Remote + field work (calls, messages, occasional site visits)

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (IMPORTANT):
This position is primarily commission-based to start, allowing high earning potential without a fixed salary.
Commission paid per closed project
Bonuses for repeat contractors and volume clients
Opportunity to move into a higher-paying or full-time role as the company grows
This structure allows motivated individuals to earn based on performance, while growing alongside the company.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Comfortable speaking with people
Organized and good at follow-up
Motivated by commissions and growth
Experience in construction, sales, or home improvement is a plus (not required)
English and Spanish Lenguage
