Description We are searching for a tech-savvy Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity where you will be primarily responsible for client interactions, estate planning, and customer service. Responsibilities: Utilise tech tools such as Mac Books, Adobe, and Excel to efficiently carry out administrative tasks. Engage in direct client interactions to understand and meet their needs. Utilize your estate planning skills to assist clients with their estate planning needs. Answer client calls promptly and professionally, providing high-quality customer service. Assemble client estate planning binders meticulously and accurately. Manage and update client calendars to ensure smooth operations. Use your legal experience to navigate and comply with industry standards and regulations. Work closely with the legal team to ensure all client inquiries and issues are resolved. Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Process client applications accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of data accuracy. Requirements Proficient in calendar management, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple schedules simultaneously. Ability to manage appointments, meetings, and events effectively. Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, including drafting legal documents and managing client consultations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for corresponding with clients, attorneys, and court officials. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures, particularly as they relate to administrative tasks. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting. Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new legal procedures and changes. Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred.
