Performs general maintenance of building and grounds.
Cleans bathrooms, kitchens, and office areas of debris/litter & trash.
Cleans and sweeps floors as needed.
Maintains organization and cleanliness of shop floor.
Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components, removal of chips, clean machines inside & out, coolant levels, etc.
Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
Work with others to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.
Other related duties as assigned include but not limited to helping other departments such as Shipping & Receiving, Assembly, etc.
Assist as needed to perform light plumbing tasks; unclogs drains and toilets, repairs/replace leaky faucets, etc.
Perform light carpentry tasks, painting, assembly of office furniture, etc.
Perform demolition work, breaking down old structures and hauling materials away in preparation for renovation projects.
