Mitigation Technician - Residential and Commercial

Experience Preferred | IICRC Certification a Major Plus

Prime Restoration is seeking a skilled Mitigation Technician to join our team. Our Mitigation Division specializes in 24/7 residential and commercial cleanups, including water extraction, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold mitigation, and storm response across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform controlled interior demolition and cleaning following water or fire damage.

● Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages of the mitigation process.

● Maintain a professional, clean, and organized appearance at all times.

● Operate company vehicles and equipment safely, ensuring everything is properly maintained and stocked.

● Uphold safety standards by wearing company-provided respirators during work in hazardous conditions.

● Be flexible in working in the warehouse and performing facility maintenance tasks.

● Assist in maintaining high standards of operational readiness for all equipment and vehicles.

● Engage in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices and safety standards.

Qualifications:

● Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

● Ability to obtain DOT certification to drive oversized vehicles.\

● English fluency (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).

● Preferred: IICRC Certification.

● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces.

● Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service.

● Must be comfortable with after-hours and on-call work.

Typical Hours:

● Monday to Friday: 7:15 AM - 3:45 PM.

● Flexibility required for on-call hours (1 day per week and 1 weekend per month).
