Our Snow & Ice Management Division is hiring for the 2025–2026 winter season! We’re looking for dependable snow plow drivers and shovelers to join our professional team in the Shrewsbury area.

❄️ Snow Plow / Sander Drivers – DOT card required (1 spot left)
❄️ Shovelers – Open positions available
⛔ Heavy Equipment Operators – Position filled
Requirements
Must be available on-call 24/7 during storms Holidays included
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to shovel and assist with manual snow removal as needed
Minimum 4-hour pay per call-out
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Compensation
Based on experience
