We are a wholesale bakery specializing in fresh bread products — including sub rolls, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, Scali, and Vienna varieties. We supply local stores, delis, and restaurants within established delivery routes and are expanding our presence in nearby areas.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Part-Time Field Marketing Representative to promote and grow our bakery product sales by visiting grocery stores, markets, and food retailers within our delivery areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and helping local businesses discover great fresh bread products.

Schedule: Flexible (10–20 hours per week)
Location: Milford, MA
Key Responsibilities
Visit pizzerias, convenience stores, delis, and restaurants along existing delivery routes or nearby.
Present and promote bakery items using samples, brochures, and product lists.
Identify and onboard new retail accounts that begin placing regular orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage reorders.
Record store visits, contacts, and order outcomes in a simple tracking sheet.
Provide feedback on product trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality with a self-starter attitude.
Basic understanding of food retail or distribution helpful, but not required.
Must be able to carry and present bakery samples.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
Hybrid Pay Model:
$15/hour base pay for outreach and travel time.
$50 bonus for each new store that places an initial order of $50 or more in bakery products.
3% commission on that store’s sales for the first 3 months.
Mileage reimbursement: $0.67 per mile for business travel.
Estimated weekly pay: $350–$470 depending on performance.
Performance Expectations
Visit 10–15 stores per week.
Create at least 2 new active accounts per week (average).
Maintain consistent, professional communication with store managers.
