This role offers the opportunity to utilize your technical and administrative skills and to make a positive impact on the daily operations of our organization. All equipment for your home office will be supplied.
Responsibilities & Duties
Enter and maintain data in Appraisal Systems
Verify accuracy and completeness of data entry
Generate invoices and reports
Provide phone/email support to field appraisers, body shops and insurance companies
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with web-based databases
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
