Job Description: Product Manager will be a part of B2C platform that powers the online consumer vehicle shopping and buying experiences for Client's Global markets. This role will support and be a part of the technical core of the eCommerce Platform, maintaining a strong engineering culture that encourages innovation, growth, and development. The Product Manager will be managing teams and be responsible for Product Management/ Rally/ Solution Design and understanding of testing and Integrations.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our product teams, software engineers, and business/Product owners.
  • Work with the business product owners to develop prioritized functional business requirements.
  • Work with your teams to ensure product requirements are communicated clearly and understood.
  • Maintain accurate governance to ensure objectives and milestones are handled effectively.
  • Work with your teams to ensure product requirements are communicated clearly and understood.
  • Handle issues and risk including the development of contingency plans.
  • Work with product owners to identify project business value and associated metrics.
  • Drive and challenge product owners on their assumptions and prioritizations of business value.
  • Work with the product teams and product owners to ensure testing plans are robust and facilitate testing with internal and external interface teams.
  • Perform analysis and resolution on production issues as appropriate.
  • Communicate project status information, issues, and risks to partners as appropriate.
  • Follow appropriate change control and configuration management.
  • Deliver on time, on budget, and with high quality using Agile methodologies and foundational tools such as Rally.

Skills and Experince Required:
  • Product management or Business Analyst experience in B2B or B2C E-commerce, SAP Hybris.
  • Business Requirements, Communications, Day-to-Day Operations, Information Analysis, and Data Modeling, Operational Implementation and Launch, Project Management.
  • Functional understanding of eCommerce, E2E Testing, Defect, and Operational Support.
  • Experience with Test-Driven-Development, CI-CD, and Internet security standards for consumer-facing systems and 3rd party integration experience.
  • Functional understanding of sales and marketing principles, Reporting Tools.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Collaborative approach with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve, take initiative to envision solution.
  • Experience writing business, tech requirements, using Rally, Jira, Visio, and PDO operating model.
  • Excellent soft skills and experience with customer-facing activities.
  • Excellent team player and problem solver with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.

Education Required:
  • B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field.
