ResponsibilitiesReports to: Assistant Director of Development ResearchSupervises: N/AAs the Development Research Analyst, Campaign you'll collaborate with the Prospect Development and Analytics (PDA) team to support units by analyzing and summarizing information for strategic cultivation and solicitation of major giving prospects. You will independently manage your workload, assist research team colleagues, and bring potential donors to the attention of leadership.Responsibilities include:
Presidential Support and Due Diligence (50%)
Prospect Identification and Cultivation (30%)
Needs Assessment, Outreach, and Collaboration (10%)
Professional and Team Development (10%)

1+ years of office experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with a diverse range of partners.
Experience designing projects, while delivering high-quality work and excellent service to partners.
Experience with reading, comprehending, and evaluating texts, with the ability to summarize information and create clear, well-written documents.
Independently navigate unfamiliar information systems, with computing and online research skills, including relational database software, and online databases.
