Ginger deli is one of the most unique restaurant concept in Ann Arbor. We create simple, healthy and delicious food made fresh everyday. We bake amazing bread and make hearty soup from our fully solar power kitchen nearby. We may be the only kitchen in Ann Arbor which adopts solar power- clean energy. We work with and source ingredients from local farmers. We are looking for someone who drawn to similar philosophy, have a passion for good food, and treat people with kindness.
