The BMS Software Design Release Engineer is responsible for developing advanced automotive battery packs from initial design concept through full-volume production. This role manages the release and system integration of the BMS Software on xHEV vehicle architectures.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional requirements teams to decompose BMS software requirements aligned with vehicle-level functional objectivesCoordinate SW planning, requirements decomposition, integration, and validation with internal and external stakeholders to meet program milestonesLead BMS SW CDR reviews internally and with suppliersDeliver program outputs on schedule, aligned with development milestonesLead PDT meetings with suppliers and stakeholders to manage, track, and resolve issuesOversee BMS change management (CCD, CN, IAA, PER)
