- 2 years of experience in management, leadership and administration
- 3 years in a technology role
- 3 years in an Architect role
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Communicate and embody the culture and mission of the company
- Lead and mentor the team on performance, production and day-to-day tasks
- Establish development plans for architects to increase their skills and effectiveness
- Develop and execute against a strategic vision for the software or hardware platforms and technologies within an architectural domain, which enable the broader vision for Technology and the business
- Consult across architectural domains to ensure alignment and the development of consistent guidance
- Assist with the rationalization of technology products and systems to avoid inefficiencies
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
- Assist with the building of standards and best practices for cross-cutting software development
- Maintain the team by recruiting, selecting, training and overseeing team members
- Pull and create reports necessary to carry out the functions of the team and for senior leadership, as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
