We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated banquet servers to join our team! As a banquet server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our events run smoothly and our guests have a memorable experience. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, setting up and breaking down banquet areas, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down banquet rooms before and after events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with menu presentation and explain menu items to guests.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or banquet serving preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
