Employment type: Full-time openings.
Our season runs from about mid-April through mid-December, with the possibility of winter work available.
Competitive wages: $20-$22 to start, depending on years of experience.
Working hours: typically, Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm. Overtime as needed. Paid weekly.
Company location: Royal Oak. Most of our work is performed in Huntington Woods, Royal Oak, Berkley, Birmingham and Southfield.

We are looking for people, with a great work ethic, to help a seasoned team perform quality work.
Ability and willingness to perform the following duties:
Plant trees, shrubs and flowers. Lay sod, spread mulch, dirt and rocks.
Use of some (not all) commercial equipment (string trimmer, edger, blower, shrub trimmer, sod cutter, etc.) to perform a wide range of landscape duties.
Work for extended periods of time in various weather conditions, including overtime.
Follow direction and a willingness to provide productive feedback to help us do a better job.
Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard eight/ten-hour day.
Job Qualifications:
2+ seasons of commercial lawn/landscape experience is necessary for consideration.
Attention to detail is extremely important to our clients, team and the future of the business.
Must be motivated and possess a positive, team oriented attitude.
Must be willing and able to communicate with others.
Daily attendance is required.
Must have transportation to and from work and a valid driver’s license.
