Handyman position will work with a team, as well as independently. This position requires hands on experience and a solid foundation of basic maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical work and general maintenance. This requires flexibility in scheduling based upon timing of projects/assignments. Assess repair needs and determine appropriate solutions. Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Communicate with board and management team. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep track of work orders, materials used, and time spent on each task. Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling and crawling for extended periods during work tasks. Use hands and fingers to operate tools, handle materials and perform detailed work. Working in various environmental conditions, including outdoors in different weather conditions. Good vision and hearing to assess work areas and ensure safety.
