Hiring labor for construction

We do everything from floors to roofs and anything between. Looking for a few people that has open availability. We will try you out if it works out then we'll discuss a permanent arrangement. I need someone with some knowledge of the industry, whose willing to learn. STARTING PAY $20HR if you end up full time then we will figure out pay that we both agree on. I'm looking for someone honest with integrity that truly wants to work and grow with us. In the future when I can trust you we will discuss the possibility of you subcontracting.
