CLEAN RAIN GUTTERS. MUST NOT BE SCARED OF HEIGHTS or don't apply.
GOOD PAY
Requirements:
- Must not be scared of heights. Previous experience in roofing or working with heights is a plus.
- Clean rain gutters on houses mostly from the roof.
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- NEED a truck or vehicle to transport a ladder.
- TOOLS needed: Ladder, gas blower, water hose, hammer, drill
- It simple, roof gets leaves and debris blown off, scoop out the leaves from the gutters with your hands and
blow out the downspouts and make sure they are not clogged. Then pick up and bag the leaves. Leaves
stay at the customer's house. Blow off all the walkways and decks.
- I have many customers so you generally will work in the same neighborhood and not have to do much
driving from job to job. This allows you to get more jobs done and make more money.
- Most all of the work is in Oakland Township (Rochester, Troy, Bloomfield, West Bloomfield, Southfield,
Royal Oak areas)
Pay:
- I pay a percentage of each job you do. You will control how much money you make by the amount of jobs
that you do. The job will last for 3 weeks to 6 weeks depending on the weather. We don't work if the
temperature is below freezing, or the gutters are frozen. We prefer to work 7 days a week until all the
jobs are done. Before it gets too cold to work.
- You will work as a sub-contractor and 1099. You will be responsible for own taxes
- If you have another person to work with you is ok. The percentage stays the same but with help you should
get more jobs done. Some people have another person to work with them to do the cleanup while they
clean the gutters to save time, but it's not required.
