We work on properties that are in pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, or owned by banks (REO properties). We partner with several large companies and have been a trusted property preservation company for over 15 years.
Payment: We pay through direct deposit and offer a Fast Pay option for quicker payments once work orders are fully completed. We expect work orders to be finished within 48 to 72 hours.
Tasks you should be able to do:
- Landscaping (mowing, lawn care, trimming, etc.)
- Cleaning services
- Securing properties
- Lockouts and evictions
- Removing trash and debris
- Winterizing properties
- Snow removal
- Minor repairs
- Roofing (repair, tarp, or replace)
You don’t need any special licenses, but having one is helpful. Knowing how to use PPW software is a plus. Good communication by phone and email is required, and you must be able to take photos and document your work.
Requirements:
- A valid ABC number (Aspen Grove Background Check)
- $1 million in general liability insurance
- E&O insurance
