Job Description
Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to match them with the right rental solutions
Inspect vehicles upon return and pick up
Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure smooth pick-up/drop-off
Handle inquiries, and deliver top-tier customer service
Assist with office tasks including filing
Previous experience in sales, customer service
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using computers
A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Must have a valid drivers license
