Looking for a energetic and dedicated apartment manager for a 124 unit apartment building in Rochester Hills
Must be healthy enough to walk the grounds and public areas on a daily basis
The Property Manager will handle the oversight of all leasing and customer service.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Implement rent increases as per rent schedule, prepare and deliver late notices.
Oversee maintenance department, cleaning personnel and customer service.
Handle resident relations, complaints/maintenance issues
Perform move-in & move-out inspections, prepare reports & tenant charges as required.
You will work with a leasing agent.
From time to time, in a pinch you may be required to roll up your sleeves and do some manual labor.
