Auto Shop Manager needed. The store has awards for making over a million dollars in sales per year. The store hours are 8.00 to 6.00 monday through Friday and 8.00 to 3.00 on Saturday. Great pay with percentages of sales. Must be able to handle a busy store. Health insurance and other benefits offered. Candidate must be company originated and dependable. Must be able to keep store compliant with the State of Michigan's regulations. Candidate must be good with customers calls. Candidate must have knowledge of inventory, parts tracking and return of parts. Candidate must be able to test drive vehicles and diagnose repairs. Candidate must have common sense. Candidate must be able to keep costs down. Candidate must be organized. Candidate must be a good problem solver. Candidate must be respectful and good with customers. Candidate must be good with employees and auto repair sales. Candidate must be able to assist the auto technicians with estimates and repairs. Candidate must know how to fix vehicles. Prior auto shop experience and tools a big plus. Must be able to solve customer and employees problems. Must be honest. Candidate will need to know how to hire and fire employees.
