myRN Staffing Solutions is assisting our client to hire a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse. This is a 13-week assignment working home care in the Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. Our client is located in Grand Rapids, however, they service 13 counties so there is flexibility based on your location and desired hours. The ideal candidate will have experience working in home health.
Responsibilities of the Home Health Registered Nurse
As a registered nurse working for our client, you will:
Collaborate with multiple disciplines and resources to facilitate the transition of the patient to the appropriate site on the continuum of care. Integrates decisions of committees into the operation and activities of the department.
Incorporates services to provide optimal health.
Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of health care; promoting care delivery with respect for individuals rights and preferences.
Requirements of the Home Health Registered Nurse
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
1+ years of experience
Experience working in home health
Travel Experience - preferred
Michigan State registered nurse license required
Compensation of the Home Health Registered Nurse
Salary: Based on experience, benefit level, and traveler status.
