Production Operator

At the Bosch Kentwood, MI facility, you’ll join a team specializing in the precision manufacturing and re-manufacturing of diesel fuel systems, primarily supporting the rail industry. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring critical components meet the demands of Bosch’s global supply chain.As a Production Operator, you’ll help ensure optimal performance across various production lines, making a direct impact on the continued success of the facility and the products it produces.Work Schedule:Work shifts are 8 hours per day, including a 15-minute break and a 30-minute lunch.Voluntary overtime is available for up to 4 additional hours per day.Current openings are for 2nd shift and 3rd shift.Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor various production machines for manufacturing and re-manufacturing diesel fuel components. Perform final assembly, part sorting, tear-down, washing, and other tasks according to process control documentation.Record daily production data and complete on-line Statistical Process Control charting to monitor process variation.Conduct basic maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure equipment functionality.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Support production goals by completing additional tasks as directed by management.
