Conveniently located near Highways 2, 169, and adjacent to Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital, gives peace of mind with a high standard of medical care nearby. The beautiful scenery of the Mississippi River and the Sylcvan trail head are just a few of these cities perks. Managed by Ebenezer, our community will provide independent senior living, assisted living and memory care. We offer an age-in place model, where our residents choose apartments and services based on their needs.We are looking for a Casual Receptionist to serve as the face of our Senior Assisted Living facility and act as the first point of contact for senior age residents, families, visitors and staff at our site located in Grand Rapids, MN. This position is responsible for clerical support to all departments needing assistance, and will answer phones, greet visitors, and vendors.This casual receptionist position includes:
16 hours every two weeks
Every other Saturday and Sunday rotation

Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community
Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting
Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds
Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures
Qualifications
Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency
Strong customer service proficiency
High level verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills
