Test Center Administrator

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Test Center Administrator in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role primarily involves proctoring exams and maintaining exam center regulations. The workplace is a test center where cell phones and personal electronics are not permitted.Responsibilities: Ensure strict adherence to the test center's security steps and guidelines. Conduct periodic walkthroughs during the exam to ensure rules are being followed. Proctor exams with utmost attention. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for administrative tasks. Carry out data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Deliver superior customer service, resolving any issues that may arise. Monitor and manage the exam center's schedule. Maintain a detail oriented and distraction-free environment for candidates.
