Join our small company as an HVAC Technician and become a vital part of ensuring optimal climate control and mechanical operation in multiple settings. In this energetic role, you will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and related mechanical equipment. Your expertise will help deliver comfortable, safe environments for our clients and uphold the highest standards of installation and service.

Duties:

Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning units, HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment and related mechanical systems.

Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, HVAC design plans, and electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.

Conduct routine inspections of HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Maintain property by servicing boilers, pumps, valves, plumbing fixtures, and other mechanical systems integral to climate control operations.

Diagnose complex problems involving refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, plumbing fixtures, or appliance repairs with precision.

Document all service activities thoroughly in logs and reports; communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding maintenance schedules or repairs needed.

Operate company vehicles safely as a driver when traveling to job sites or client locations.

Adhere to safety protocols related to HVAC/R work environments including handling refrigerants.

Support field service operations by performing emergency repairs or scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple properties.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction principles related to HVAC installation and property maintenance.

Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems, refrigeration, or appliance repair.

Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, HVAC design plans, and electrical wiring diagrams with confidence.

Mechanical knowledge encompassing boilers, pumps, valves, welding techniques, and equipment repair.

Hands-on experience with field service operations—troubleshooting on-site issues efficiently and effectively.

Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including refrigeration cycles, controls, and refrigerants management.

Competence operating diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters; capable of performing electrical testing and repairs.

Experience in service involving mechanical systems or appliances within commercial or residential settings.

Valid driver’s license for safe vehicle operation during service calls.
