Job Overview
All Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking experienced Window Measure Specialists to join our team. You will be responsible for accurately measuring windows for replacement and working directly with our installation team to ensure a seamless process. This is a full-time role with travel across Northern Michigan, including Traverse City, Petoskey, and Cheboygan. If you have hands-on experience with replacement window installations and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure customer windows/bath/roofs for replacement and ensure precise measurements for installation.
Communicate effectively with the installation team and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
Provide excellent customer service during in-home visits.
Maintain detailed records of measurements and any project-specific notes.
Travel regularly between job sites across Northern Michigan.
Requirements:
Must have replacement window installation experience.
Must have a reliable vehicle for daily travel between customer locations.
Ability to travel across Northern Michigan (Traverse City, Petoskey, Cheboygan, and surrounding areas).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring windows.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
