Update #1 Needed A Down payment

well my credit union "approved" me for a loan for a used vehicle. But as is always the case with #NCACU they sabotaged it before they offered it to me: they want $1700 down! it may as well be a MILLION from where I'm at! The insurance on a financed vehicle for Amber is gonna be $335 per month because she's a new driver. I may hafta buy another beater and just put PLPD on it to be able to afford insurance for Amber the first time. So far no donations or support here. Looks pretty grim.
