Description We are on the hunt for an adept General Office Clerk to join our team located in Novi, Michigan. In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic team, focusing on customer service and administrative tasks, within the machinery industry. As a General Office Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams for installations, spare parts, and service tickets, along with maintaining constant communication between divisions. Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct service tech for installations and spare parts. Maintain constant communication between divisions to ensure smooth operations. Update service tickets and inform the customer about the issue and the next steps. Handle a combination of inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Use CRM, SAP, and Microsoft Excel to process customer invoices and perform data entry tasks. Order new machines and create service tickets as required. Monitor service tickets and liaise with the appropriate internal teams. Utilize your skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word to manage and organize tasks efficiently. Apply your interpersonal relationship skills to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the team. Use your administrative skills to support the manufacturing process and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operations. Requirements Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word Experience with Customer Service, Customer Invoices, Order Entry, and Inbound Outbound Calls Demonstrated skills in Data Entry Strong Interpersonal Relationships Administrative skills relevant to a General Office Clerk role Knowledge and experience in the Manufacturing industry Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team as well as independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative High level of professionalism and integrity Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
