With its business activities, the company aims to use technology to help shape universal trends such as automation, electrification, digitalization, connectivity, and an orientation to sustainability.Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Communication Specialist in the newly established division, Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC), you will have the unique opportunity to shape the internal communication and transformation strategy in the North American region. The role requires strong communication skills to support marketing and business transformation topics. This includes both ownership of the internal communication strategy and supports transformation activities like leadership and culture for the organization that will effectively target, reach, and influence appropriate employee audiences. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute internal events (including but not limited to): All associate meetings, leadership meetings, lunch and learns, cross-divisional events, etc.

Moderation and content creation for internal channels: Microsoft Teams channel management to drive associate engagement, BoschTube, internal websites, etc.

Leading dialogue and exchange forums to understand the voice of the employee: internal pulse checks/associate surveys, sounding boards, skip level dialogues for North America and support similar global formats as the regional voice

Create leadership communication including ghost writing

Support local leadership with integrated change management plans (developing risk assessments, building sponsor coalitions, communication plans) for people-dependent initiatives

Responsible for the design and implementation of transformation topics i.e. leadership model and culture initiatives

QualificationsBasic Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of work experience communications, human resources, or a related field 

4+ years of experience assessing and managing key stakeholders, developing and implementing effective communication plans

Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and topics with little direction or instruction

Preferred Qualifications: 

Well-organized with outstanding communication skills, including strong written communication skills

A marked ability to work in diverse and cross-functional teams

Strong, dynamic interpersonal skills - ability to communicate in a clear, concise and compelling manner with excellent English grammar

Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on organization

Ability to think and act independently

Strong business acumen - attention to detail while maintaining focus on the big picture

Ability to plan, organize and execute in an unstructured environment

Experience with moderation is a plus

Demonstrated abilities in effective communication to all levels (including presenting to upper mgmt.) within an organization
