In charge of project planning

Observes and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards

Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members

Delivers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

Engages with Product Owner/Product Manager to double check that the product vision and high-level business objectives are transparent and obtainable

Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

Assembles report from business analysts, QA leads, and technical leads into an analysis

Conducts deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, Product Owner, and tech lead

Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely

In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable

Closely cooperating with the Product Owner/Product Manager, QA Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Specialist

Advances to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests

Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

Creates schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

Lead the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

Functions as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, ensuring the team is working effectively, and leading scrum ceremonies

Requirements - Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

Candidates who are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies will be preferred

This most important thing for any applicant to this position is to be flexible and focused

Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

Command of planning

Previous experience working with Resolve Issues

Benefit Functions experience highly preferred

Mindset Software experience desired

Hands-on experience with timelines

Deep understanding of Planning Processes

Demonstrated knowledge of project management

Comprehension of Deliverable

Adeptness in Review

Internal Customers experience required

Experience with Principles

Practical knowledge of Workstation Support

Strong familiarity with Project Budgets

Good understanding of charts and graphs

Emotional Intelligence experience highly desired

Communication experience

Background working with Stakeholders

Quality experience highly desired

Prior experience with team management

Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs is required for success at this position.

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

It is preferred for applicants to have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
