$15/hr + Bonuses (Competitive wage based on experience)

Essential Responsibilities: {#essential-responsibilities data-start="742" end="779"}

Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and participants.

Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents.

Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently, including administering CPR and First Aid when necessary.

Maintain a clean and safe pool environment, including pool decks, locker rooms, and surrounding areas.

Build strong relationships with program participants and members, fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Assist with water safety education and support swim programs.

Complete any required reports and documentation as needed.

Requirements: {#requirements data-start="1398" end="1421"}Must be American Red Cross certified in Lifeguarding, CPR-PR, First Aid, and AED.If not currently certified, must be willing to register and complete a lifeguarding course.
