Job Title: Process Tech/SupervisorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Process Tech/Supervisor with extensive experience in the automotive industry. This role involves overseeing the production floor, managing mold changes, performing light maintenance, and supervising a team. The ideal candidate will be strong in plastic injection molding and the ability to troubleshoot and process parts efficiently.Responsibilities

Perform mold changes (1-3 per day) and prepare molds for production

Manage the production floor and ensure smooth operations

Conduct light maintenance, such as fixing hydraulic leaks or broken water lines

Process parts and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Supervise and lead the team, including performance management and disciplinary actions if necessary

Fill out end-of-shift paperwork, including scrap and production numbers

Essential Skills

5 years or more of recent plastic injection mold experience

2 years of recent management experience, leading a team of 3 or more

Ability to conduct mold changes (1100 - 2200 tons)

Proficiency in navigating through Excel and Word

Mechanically inclined with the ability to fix a water line

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills

Experience in processing and troubleshooting plastic parts

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
