Pool & Spa Service Technician (Tier ONE & Tier TWO) - LOCATIONS: ELKHARDT, IN & NEW BUFFALO, MI

TIER ONE POOL & SPA TECH - $18-20/hr

Job Duties:

Assist in meeting customers' pool and spa maintenance needs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization at customer locations.

Document services performed and capture visual evidence using designated apps.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of service vehicles.

Properly utilize service equipment and tools.

Conduct basic water analysis and apply chemicals as directed.

Provide customers with accurate product information and usage guidance.

Support timely repairs and resolutions to customer inquiries.

Address customer requests and complaints with care and judgment.

Complete service orders efficiently and accurately.

Communicate effectively with management for process enhancements.

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift products up to 50 pounds.

Basic computer skills in a Google environment.

Willingness to attend required seminars and training sessions.

Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation.

Positive attitude, work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

Valid driver's license.

TIER TWO POOL & SPA TECH - $21-24/hr

Job Duties:

Meet and exceed customers' expectations in resolving complex pool and spa maintenance issues.

Ensure meticulous organization and cleanliness during service calls.

Document service activities and capture visual evidence using designated apps.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and functionality of service vehicles.

Expertly utilize service equipment and tools to diagnose and repair issues.

Conduct precise water analysis and apply chemicals as necessary.

Offer comprehensive product information and usage guidance to customers.

Execute efficient and effective repairs to address customer needs and inquiries promptly.

Demonstrate exceptional judgment in addressing customer requests and complaints.

Complete service orders accurately and expediently.

Manage the processing of customer service orders with precision and expertise.

Maintain meticulous documentation of service work orders.

Record detailed technician notes, parts, and labor in the field service app.

Adhere to established procedures and recommend enhancements for optimal efficiency.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts and assessments.

Uphold the cleanliness and functionality of tools and materials.

Communicate effectively with management to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1-3 years in appliance repair, pool repair, or electrical, mechanical, plumbing.

Capability to lift products up to 50 pounds.

Intermediate computer skills in a Google environment.

Attendance at required seminars, training sessions, and trade shows as directed.

Strong verbal communication skills and genuine enjoyment in assisting others.

Customer-centric approach and dedication to providing exceptional service.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

Valid commercial driver's license.
