Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Compliance Reporting Analyst role in Arden Hills, MN.52.65/hrHybridWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CSR Report Compliance Analyst to join our Human Resources team.This role will focus on ensuring compliance with corporate social responsibility reporting standards and regulations, also supporting our commitment to ethical practices and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communicationskills, and a passion for social responsibility.Job Overview:As an HR Compliance Reporting Analyst, you will focus on understating the compliance requirements, preparing the data and providing the supporting evidence of the data collection in a repeatable way. In addition, this role will identify process gaps and new reports to be built and work with the project team to create a plan to improve business processes to collect the data for reporting. The Compliance Reporting Analyst will work closely with platform teams, HR and key stakeholders across the business to collect and prepare data.Key Responsibilities: Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all CSR reports adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to CSR initiatives, employee engagement, and sustainability efforts. Reporting: Develop and present comprehensive CSR reports for internal stakeholders and external audiences, highlighting compliance status and areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Legal, Finance, and Operations, to gather necessary data and ensure alignment with CSR goals. Training & Support: Provide training and support to employees that are assigned to collect and report on data. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing CSR reporting processes and compliance measures.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in compliance analysis, CSR reporting, or a related role. Strong understanding of CSR frameworks and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB). Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in data analysis tools and data extraction from a variety of software platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
