NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEDescription:The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for servicing the office's clients (all local). They will take orders, verify product availability, and anything else the client is asking for. Orders are entered and tracked in Excel as well as SAP. 99% of communication is done via email, but need to take an occasional phone call as well. They sell parts for industrial manufacturing equipment. Upselling and product suggestions is a part of the role as well.Top Skills Details:

Customer service/office experience is required.
Must be comfortable in Excel.
They have an attached warehouse (very clean) that they will need to go into to check inventory from time to time.
Must be organized and prompt with responses to the client.
Must have solid written communication and be good with phone work.
