Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.Licensure/Certification Qualifications:Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employmentBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one monthPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one yearMust Meet the Following Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of Peds/PICU experience.Experience must include the following: stable and unstable ventilated PICU patient experience, deep sedations, critical drips, Peds IV’s, and trauma experience.Must be acting within role as preceptor in both Peds and PICUMust have APHON and PALS certifications prior to hire.Our Benefits are exceptional and Include:
