VICE PRESIDENT, JOSTENSPIX ABOUT YOU: Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving growth and innovation? At Jostens, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to own the strategic direction for our JostensPIX business unit. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our business, leading both sales and operations teams to new heights of success. Education. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.

Experience. 15+ years of leadership experience, preferably in school portraiture or a related industry.

Industry Expertise. Deep understanding of school and family dynamics, school decision-maker hierarchies, and competitive landscape.

Sales & Marketing. Proven experience delivering aggressive sales efforts across multiple channels, with a strong familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing tactics.

Financial Acumen. Strategic business partner with a solid understanding of financial metrics and how they align with business objectives. Ability to leverage financial data to drive business performance.

Leadership Skills. A track record of exceptional team-building, performance management, and the ability to inspire and lead through change.

Operational Efficiency. Solid understanding of manufacturing dynamics and the ability to integrate product delivery with manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency.

Preferred. MBA.

YOU WILL:

Lead Strategic Growth. Achieve aggressive new school acquisition and family monetization targets, while driving profitability for the business line.

Cultural Transformation. Build a high-performance culture focused on over-delivery, quantitative results, and entrepreneurial leadership.

Market Expansion. Develop and implement a national go-to-market strategy for rapid school expansion, optimizing sales channels, and building national operations and manufacturing support.

Data-Driven Leadership. Establish and maintain critical business intelligence systems, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor and drive business performance. Make decisions based on clear performance metrics, financial data, and strategic priorities.

Financial Performance. Drive financial targets including EBITDA, profitability, and order value, while maintaining disciplined P&L responsibility. Align financial goals with both B2B and B2C growth drivers.

Operational Excellence. Work cross-functionally to enhance business systems, implement reporting tools, and optimize operational processes for efficiency and scalability.

Leadership and Team Development:. Lead a senior team, holding business unit leads accountable for achieving strategic objectives, and support their development through performance management and coaching.

Typical/expected % of overnight travel: Up to 30%
