Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and maintain healthcare applications and components including browser-based single page apps, micro frontends, microservices and orchestrated workflow.
  • Participate in all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing and follow Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high - quality software.
  • Experience delivering reusable components, patterns, tools.
  • Skilled in Agile development methodologies, including unit testing and continuous integration.
  • Responsible for participating in developing and maintaining full stack solutions to fit business need

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of full stack Java developer experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing in agile teams
  • 2+ years of experience building an integrating RESTful APIs or web services with user interfaces
  • 1+ years of utilizing Angular, using single page webapps, and component integration with APIs
  • 1+ years using Kafka, AVRO
  • 1+ years using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience using relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL)
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.
