Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN. Several Assembler opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift. No experience or education required to start!Positions pay $20 - $21.60 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus, apply for more details!

1st shift: $20.00 / hour

7:00am – 3:00pm, Mon – Fri (Start time of 5:00am when working overtime)

2nd shift: $21.60 / hour

3:00pm – 11:00pm, Mon – Fri (End time of 1:00am when working overtime)

Will be working frequent overtime and all shifts required to work 3 – 4 Saturdays per month depending on business needs

What's a typical day as a Production and Assembly Associate? You'll be

Operating manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble powered generators and generator components

Working on your feet, using your hands and hand tools, reading diagrams to assemble

Optimizing cycle times, meeting defined standards, and achieving production goals in a team-oriented environment

Working with peers, skilled trades and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

Identifying opportunities for improvement in the areas of quality, safety, process, material flow, and talent development.
